Covid-19 Clinic Re-opening

St Albert Naturopathic Clinic is very pleased to announce that we have met all the guidelines set forth by Alberta Health and the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta to re-open our clinic to in-person visits.  We are confident that we can provide a safe, healthy environment for our patients and staff.

We will be seeing patients in the clinic starting Monday, May 11th. We will be offering all of our regular visits including acupuncture, injections, IV therapy and once again accepting new patients.  If you would like to book an appointment, please phone the clinic at 780-459-5601.   You can also book online.  We will continue to offer phone consultations if you feel that is a better fit for you.

Current Hours During Covid-19 (as of Monday, May 11th):

Closed daily from 1-2 pm for lunch

COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

This is what we are doing to follow public health guidelines and prevent potential spread of Covid-19:

We are cleaning and disinfecting all contact surfaces in doctor’s offices, and reception area between all patient visits.

Our patient visits will be spaced out to allow time for disinfecting surfaces and to allow physical distancing between patients.

The number of patients in our IV suite at one time will be greatly reduced to allow physical distancing of at least 2 metres between patients during IV treatments.

Our doctors, nurses and staff will be wearing masks and gloves during all patient interactions.

As usual, our doctors and nurses will practice proper hand washing hygiene and wash their hands between each patient visit.

Our staff will clean and disinfect all public areas of the clinic and touched surfaces diligently throughout the day.

We have removed chairs in the reception area so that all remaining seats are a minimum of 2 metres apart.

Anyone with symptoms such as fever, lethargy, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or sore throat, whether they are doctors, nurses, staff or patients will not be permitted to enter the clinic.

What we ask of you:

Please do not enter the clinic if you have any of the above symptoms.  Our receptionist will be contacting all patients prior to their visit to make sure they understand these guidelines.
Please come to the clinic alone (unless of course there are mobility issues or parents/guardians of minors).
Please wait until your appointment time to enter our clinic.
Please wash your hands with soap and water or use the provided hand sanitizer when you enter the clinic and before you leave.
Please wear a mask during your visit if possible.

Thank you for doing your part to keep our clinic safe!  We look forward to seeing you soon!
